About the Role
The lead generator will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating Leads.
Responsibilities
Achieve targets as set forth in the projections.
Develop new business via telephone and identify appropriate/ potential buyers within the target market.
Follow up on un-contacted leads to identify potential prospects.
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirement.
Enter and update customer information in the database
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information in the company CRM
Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Developing/managing all aspects of the company’s email marketing campaigns.
Tracking conversion rates – what worked, what didn’t, and why?
Support technical and sales team with all email needs
Train and upskill the team on email etiquette
Guide marketing team based on client feedback and analytics

Minimum Requirements
Diploma in Sales, Business Management, Communications, Marketing or related field.
1-3 yrs. experience in Tele sales or Lead Generation or other sales/customer service role.
Should be able to speak in French.
Good Knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
Strong communication, highly organized and structured individual.
Level headed and able to handle rejection.
Able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
